Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. For requests after 30 days, please contact us first. We review each case individually.

Unopened Items Within 30 Days

Unopened and unused items returned within 30 days of delivery do not require a restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Opened Items Within 30 Days

Opened items returned within 30 days may be subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the product price. Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns After 30 Days

Return requests after 30 days are reviewed case by case and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the product price, plus return shipping costs.

Used Items

Used items are reviewed case by case. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Defective Items

If your item arrives defective or stops working due to a product issue, no return is required in some cases. We may send a replacement after reviewing the issue.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, we will send the correct product and provide a Shipping details label to return the incorrect item.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
